Due to the time-sensitive nature of our service, please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. Changes be made providing the order has not been produced, or is in transit. I want to order something that is not on the products list.

Email sales at sales@1300flowers.com.au, or call 1300 FLOWERS (1300 356 937) we are happy to try and accommodate all requests.

Do you have any recommendations on how to care for the flowers?

The first 24 hours is the most crucial period, affecting the durability of your flowers as flowers absorb half the water they require to survive during this time. We recommend you re-cut all stems approximately 2-3cm. Keep flowers in a cool place and away from draughts, heaters, televisions and microwaves. Keep flowers away from fruit as it releases a gas (ethylene) which accelerates the aging process of flowers. You can use a few drops of bleach as an alternative to flower food preservative.

In order for us to deliver the freshest flowers with the longest life to you, we often use young flowers that are closed. These buds will open shortly after you receive your delivery.

Do you have a privacy policy?

Yes - our privacy policy can be found in our Disclaimers and Legals section.
