Any user of 1300flowers.com.au is bound by the following terms and conditions which can be altered at the discretion of 1300 FLOWERS at any time.
Registration
You do not need to be logged in or registered to order our products online. You will need to provide us with a contact email address so we can send you a tax invoice.
To speed up your orders, you can register your details by clicking on the “Register” link on each page or you can register.
By registering with 1300flowers.com.au, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself as well as family members/friends registered on your account including correct names, addresses, email address and any other requested details and to update that information if it changes.
Any person registered is responsible for all activities that occur in relation to their logon account. After registration you will be sent an email to verify your email address.
How to order an arrangement of flowers through the website
- Simply search through our range of flower products.
- When you find an arrangement that you would like to purchase, click on “Order now”.
- You will have the choice to log in as a registered customer (if you have not already done this), to become a registered customer or to continue with the purchase without registering.
- Next we ask for your details. Enter your name, phone number and email address and click on “Continue”.
- Then enter the details of the person you are sending the flowers to along with the message you would like on the card and the delivery date, whether in the morning or afternoon and any specific instructions about the delivery. Click on “Continue”.
- Please confirm that all of the Sender and Recipient details are correct and either “Change” or “Continue”.
- We require credit card information in order to process your order. Please fill in the details and then press “Place order”.
- The next page will be a confirmation of your order with a reference number. Please make a note of this reference number. We will also send you a confirmation email.
Order confirmation
When 1300 FLOWERS process your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is also your tax invoice for the transaction.

Special orders
1300 FLOWERS can fill individual and special orders.
Please call 1300 FLOWERS (1300 356 937) and we will be happy to make arrangements for your special requests.
Varying or cancelling an order
In the event that you need to vary or cancel your order, we require 24 BUSINESS hours notice before the delivery date. We will then refund the amount, less a $15 administration fee. Orders that are cancelled after the 24 BUSINESS hour notice period will not be reimbursed.
We will try our hardest to make arrangements to reroute your order if you request a new address, provided that another delivery charge is paid prior to delivery. Please call us at 1300 FLOWERS (1300 356 937) and we will try to help you directly with any order changes.
Problems with your product
If you have a reasonable and legitimate complaint about our products, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time.
Please use the Contact Us link and provide an explanation of your problem along with a digital image so we can assess the extent of the fault with the product.
1300 FLOWERS delivery regions
We currently deliver to almost all locations in Australia.
Our prices on the website are all for the floral arrangements and delivery charges are extra. These charges will vary depending on the location of the recipient. If a remote or unusual delivery is requested the cost of delivering the flowers may be significant. For example, a metropolitan delivery will cost much less than a delivery to Thursday Island.

Delivery
1300 FLOWERS has thousands of customers and is unable to phone or email each customer with a delivery confirmation.
We offer same day metropolitan delivery if you place an order before 2.00pm on weekdays and before 10.00am on Saturday. This is based on the local time in all Australian regions. We do not deliver on Sundays except Mother's Day and Valentine’s Day. We do guarantee that all metropolitan orders placed within this time frame are guaranteed to arrive before 5pm to a business address and by 7pm to a residential address, provided accurate and correct details are supplied.
At 1300 FLOWERS, we try our best to deliver at your preferred morning or afternoon choice. We can not guarantee that deliveries will arrive at the time requested.
Deliveries that are not possible to make on the requested day will be delivered on the next working day. Same day delivery to rural and remote locations may not be possible due to distance and logistics. If a delivery is not possible on a requested day, 1300flowers will advise the sender of this.
1300 FLOWERS is not responsible if floral arrangements can not be delivered for reasons beyond the control of 1300 FLOWERS. This would include (but not limited to) situations as follows:-
a) There is nobody present at the address provided and the delivery agent decides there is a danger of theft or damage to the flowers;
b) The address provided for the recipient is incorrect or incomplete;
c) No one with the recipient’s name is present at the address provided; or
d) There is no contact number or an incorrect or invalid number provided so 1300 FLOWERS has no way to check on delivery details.
Substitution
It will be necessary from time to time to make floral, packaging and merchandise substitutions in order to deliver orders in time or where flowers or products are temporarily unavailable.
Where substitution does occur, products of equal or greater value will be used.
If no one is at home when the delivery occurs
There is a field on the “Recipient Details” page for you to enter instructions in case no one is at home when the delivery occurs. We would appreciate advice on whether to leave the flowers in a secure place that would also be protected from the elements.
Without these instructions a delivery driver will make a decision as to whether to leave the flowers unattended or deliver them at a later time. If flowers are delivered more than once, then subsequent deliveries will be charged to your credit card.
1300 Flowers will make every effort to contact the person ordering flowers or the recipient where we are having difficulty in delivering the flowers. If there are alternative delivery arrangements, the extra delivery costs will be charged to your credit card.
Please ensure that all of the contact details provided are correct.
Two or more arrangements delivered to the same address
When using the eCommerce website you may only order one flower product at a time through 1300flowers.com.au.
To order multiple products for delivery to the same address at the same time, please call 1300 FLOWERS (1300 356 937) directly.

All prices on the 1300 FLOWERS website are shown in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Payment
When you provide details of your credit or debit card you must be fully entitled to use that card and it must have sufficient available funds to cover your charges.
Privacy Policy
1300 FLOWERS is committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all personal information collected for the purpose of processing flower orders. 1300 FLOWERS respects the Privacy of all its customers and the recipients of flowers and complies with the National Privacy Principles (Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000).
- We do not sell, rent or lease any personal customer information to third parties. We will provide details to florists and delivery couriers and other companies that work on our behalf in order to provide this flower delivery service.
- When you order or register with 1300 FLOWERS, we will ask you to provide the personal contact details of the sender, including payment details and personal contact details of the recipient of the ordered flowers.
- 1300 FLOWERS takes all reasonable steps to protect all of the personal information we gather from loss, unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or any misuse.
- 1300 FLOWERS receives and stores any information you enter on 1300flowers.com.au or give us in any other way according to Australian data storage standards.
- 1300 FLOWERS uses 'state of the art' SSL or Secure Socket Layer technology to protect your transaction and credit card details. SSL is the industry standard for the transmission of credit card details. SSL technology provides 128 bit encryption of your order details which effectively scrambles all your data so that it cannot be read when it is being transmitted over the internet to our order database.
- Any user of the 1300 FLOWERS system can choose not to provide certain information, but then they might not be able to take advantage of the products we offer. We use the information that you provide for purposes such as responding to your requests, customizing future ordering for you and communicating with you.
- As a user of 1300 FLOWERS, you may receive emails or SMS text messages from us. These may include reminders before Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day and Anniversaries. Please let us know by return email or SMS text if you do not wish to receive this material.
- 1300 FLOWERS may send you marketing material that we consider is useful to you. 1300 FLOWERS may also send information about current promotions. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive this material and we will not send it to you.
- We receive and store certain types of information automatically whenever you interact with us. For example, like many Web sites, we use "cookies" and we obtain certain types of information when your Web browser accesses 1300flowers.com.au. This information is used for fraud prevention or to measure or collect session information.
- We might receive information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. This may include information about your IP address, your URL clickstream, your delivery, address and account information.
- Any user of 1300flowers.com.au can choose not to provide information. However, this may prevent an order being processed if the information is in a mandatory field marked with ‘*’.
- You can access, update and amend your membership details at any time if you are a registered user of 1300flowers.com.au by logging in and clicking on ‘Register’.
- If you are under 18, you can only use 1300flowers.com.au with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
- To ensure all our orders are processed correctly we may contact you if an internet order has not processed correctly.
Operation of 1300flowers.com.au
1300 FLOWERS takes all reasonable measures to maintain our services. 1300 FLOWERS will at times update or modify services or offer new services to our members from time to time and has the right to do so without advance notice.
1300 FLOWERS reserves the right to change any service at any time to withdraw or modify one or more aspects of the 1300flowers.com.au website where technical reasons require.
Technical difficulties may be beyond the control of 1300 FLOWERS, for example, if there are issues with users’ own Internet Service Providers (ISP’s). There may also be times when the 1300flowers.com.au service becomes unavailable, whether on a scheduled or unscheduled basis. For security or other reasons, we may also require you to change password or other information which facilitates access to the 1300flowers.com.au service.
Communications from 1300 FLOWERS
1300 FLOWERS will send electronic mail to you, for the purpose of informing you of changes or additions to 1300flowers.com.au or of any 1300 FLOWERS related products and services. You may opt out of this notification service by replying to the electronic mail that was sent with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
1300 FLOWERS Valentine’s Day Ticketek ezyGift Voucher Offer Terms and Conditions
- Participation in this offer is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
- The Valentine’s Day Ticketek ezyGift Voucher Offer commences at 12:01am AEST on 1/02/2010 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 10/02/2010 (Offer Period). 1300 FLOWERS’ decision in relation to all aspects of this offer is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The first 250 customers who order from the featured Valentine’s Day Range during the Offer Period and supply a valid email address are eligible for the offer.
- To receive the Ticketek Voucher the Customer must follow the link from the email containing the offer and place their order. The customer must ensure the item ‘Ticketek’ is displayed in their shopping basket.
- Ticketek vouchers will be sent to the valid email address supplied by the Customer in PDF format.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is valid and correct.
- Each Ticketek voucher is valued at AUD$20.00 and can only be redeemed at a Ticketek store in Australia.
- Ticketek Vouchers expire on 15/04/10.
- Ticketek Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or credit with 1300 FLOWERS or Ticketek.

- These Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with the Ticketek ezyGift terms and conditions published on the voucher.
